History F.F.B.
The Belize National Football Association (B.N.F.A.) was founded in 1980 and was accepted into FIFA, CONCACAF and UNCAF in 1986. The B.N.F.A. continued functioning under that name until 2001 when it became known as the Football Federation of Belize (F.F.B.)

Founding Fathers of the B.N.F.A. were Mr. Delhart Courtney J.P, Sir. George Brown (retired Chief Justice), Mr. Hubert Bradley (deceased) and Mr. Daniel Edmund. In 1996, Mr. Courtney retired as President of Football. Other Presidents were Mr. Rafael Cal and Mr. Nick Pollard Jr.

Since 1997 the President has been Dr. Bertie Chimilio, who will be serving until January 2006. He was the main architect of the New F.F.B. Statutes.

FFB HeadquartersThe B.N.F.A. comprised of Football Regional Affiliates and Leagues. Now, The F.F.B. comprises of Football Associations and Properly Constituted Bodies such as the Belize Premier Football League. The F.F.B. is made up of three main bodies: Executive Committee, General Council and General Meeting. Football is played at every level in Belize and there is great talent. We need expertise in Financial and Technical areas for better development.
